Team Too is a third generation family owned company. Originally founded by Bill Houtchens in an effort to provide quality, service at an affordable price. Team Too has always strived to be at the forefront of technological advances in the termite and pest control industry. Today, Team Too leads the industry with warranties that are unmatched and service that can not be found elsewhere. Our founder Bill Houtchens and his son William decided late in 1978 that together they would open their own pest control company after being employed by Dewey Pest Control. Together they opened a small 2 man company in the fall of 1978 called Oranco Pest Control. Together with the ambition and motivation that had been instilled in them by their family and their mentors at Dewey, Bill and William drove to succeed in the pest management industry. 

Oranco Pest Control grew to become Oranco Services and branched into other areas such as lawn and weed control, hydro-seeding, and agricultural pest control, and with over 65 employees serviced the entire Orange County, San Diego County, and Los Angeles area. Together Bill and William guided Oranco Pest Control to become a recognized name in the pest control industry for the honest, ethical treatment of customers and staff. In the early part of 1991 Bill Houtchens chose to enter full retirement after three years of semi retired joy. The company known as Oranco Services changed dynamics and formed two separate companies called Green Earth Environmental Services and Team Termite & Pest Control.

The growth of both companies continued throughout the early 90's when William and his son Bryan took charge of the reins. Though there were hard times as well as good blessings the two companies came back together in the spring of 1996 to form Team Termite & Pest Control Inc. dba Team Too. The goal of the new name was to cause people to ask what does the "Too" mean? the answer was actually quite simple, instead of being a single focus company, Team Too wanted to provide a single point of contact for all of our customers needs. Team Too began their straight forward approach to focusing on multi family dwellings and single family residences. Team Too quickly was noticed for the same attributes as Oranco Services, honesty, integrity, and the highest quality of services.
