Due diligence inspections include properties such as apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, reatail stores, and warehouses.  The inspection covers the major visible structural components, exterior and interior conditions, attics, substructures, and other areas of possible problems.  Team Too maintains a dedicated staff of property inspection specialists to meet your due diligence or refinance requirements.

Our pest inspectors examine the property for evidence of wood destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, other wood destroying organisms, roaches, rodents, and other pests as well.  Team Too Property inspectors will also recommend methods to prevent infestation, and prescribe solutions to correct infestation when discovered.

Our inspectors provide insight into cost-effective maintenance scheduling and assist with due diligence as to the building's overall condition.  The commercial inspection results in a detailed and thorough report designed to help facilitate transaction negotiations as well as a detailed summary report of the findings and pricing for resolutions reports are professionally packaged and mailed to clients with a summary to the client, the property inspection report(s), all sections of the inspection report, addendums, and the copy of the proposal for resolution of the problems outlined.

Our maintenance services are designed as a proactive approach to pest elimination, we don't wait for the "fires" to start and then go to put them out, we actively and aggressively attempt to eliminate and prevent all infestations that may occur on a multi family or commercial property.

When a property calls for a service request we are able to respond immediately, usually within 2-4 hours for all calls including bees.  Not matter where the property is, we have technicians in the area.  We also understand the laws regarding entry to units and the necessity to give 24 hour notice at times, our scheduling staff works with your on site management to coordinate the service times. 

Team Too also offers single billing for all properties (if requested).  We can invoice each property separately; however bill all services to single billing address.  All payments are posted to the correct amount.
