Team Too Termite & Pest Control Opens New Branch Office in San Jose
/ San Francisco Bay Area
Team Too Termite & Pest Control announced on Friday October 26, 2007 that
it has opened a new office located in San Jose, Ca. to provide services to the
greater San Francisco Bay Area. The new location is in addition to the current
office locations in Southern California and provides Team Too with their first
office in Northern California. The new location is situated in the ideal central
San Jose area close to the major freeways.

10/1/2007 Team Too Appoints Ryan Brawley Northern California Regional Manager
On October 1, 2007 Team Too appointed Ryan Brawley to the position of
Regional Manager in their new San Jose / San Francisco Bay Area office.
Ryan began his career with Team Too as a field service technician in July of
2002. Mr. Brawley has worked within the pest management and termite departments
with Team Too since starting. While in the pest management division he excelled
on his route territory and exceeded production goals by 12 to 15 percent each
month. During his tenure in the termite department he was appointed crew leader
after only one month and ran Team Too’s Heat Blast® treatment program. Recently
in June of 2007 he was appointed termite department manager at Team Too’s
corporate office.

10/26/2007 Team Too Appoints Chad Roberts Account Manager
Chad Roberts Appointed Account Manager
On October 1, 2007 Team Too appointed Chad Roberts to the position of Account
Manager in their corporate offices located in Corona, Ca.
Chad began his career at Team Too Termite & Pest Control in June of 2007
after having worked for another local company for several years. Chad’s prior
experience was in the termite division of his previous employer as a termite
salesperson, however, due to the extreme slow down in the termite industry in
California Chad searched for alternative employment and was brought on at Team
Too Termite & Pest Control as pest control department trainee. Chad stated
“It was definitely an eye opener to have to start over again, but I fortunately
found a great company that truly cares about their employees personal success as
well as their own, we don’t even consider ourselves “employees” it is truly a
family around here”.

Stephen Lackey Appointed Regional Service Manager
On December 1, 2006 Team Too appointed Steve Lackey to the position of
Regional Service Manager in their Corona, California office.
Stephen began his career with Team Too as a field service technician in May
of 2005. Upon becoming licensed Stephen has shown a desire to excel in both
sales and service. In his first month in the field Stephen achieved 128% of his
production goals and earned both a sales and service bonus.

Melissa Houtchens appointed Director of Human Resources
On October 1, 2006 Team Too appointed Melissa Houtchens to the position of
Director of Human Resources at their corporate offices located in Corona,
California.
Melissa began working with Team Too part time in February of 1996 as part of
the call center staff performing back office duties such as completing termite
reports and generating sales and production reports. Melissa is a graduate of
California State University Long Beach with a bachelors of science in
psychology.

On October 1, 2006 Team Too announced the appointment of Anthony Cortez as
branch office manager for the companies Los Angeles / Ventura County office
located in Duarte. California.
Anthony began his career with Team Too in August of 2004 as a pest control
service technician. Anthony soon impressed the management of Team Too with his
desire to achieve a high level satisfaction for both the customer as well as
himself and was appointed Service Supervisor of the Corona, Ca. office in
February 2005.

Team Too Completes Acquisition of Vince Miller’s Rena Pest
Control
On February 1, 2006 Team Too Termite and Pest Control completed the
acquisition of Vince Miller’s Rena Pest Control. With the account acquisition
Vince Miller will also join the family at Team Too as a commercial sales
representative.
Vince Miller approached Team Too in January 2006 regarding the opportunities
that Team Too could provide to his existing customer base, and the expanded
selection of services which he was unable to offer by himself.

On January 3, 2006 Team Too announced the appointment of Jeremiah Patin as
branch office manager for the companies Miramar, Ca. (San Diego County) office.

1/1/2006 Team Too Moves Corporate Offices
Team Too Termite & Pest Control Relocates it Corporate
Offices
Between December 16th and December 19th 2005 Team Too Termite and Pest
Control moved the location of its corporate office to a new location. The new
location is at 1848 Capital St. Corona, Ca. 92880.
Prior to the move Team Too had resided in the same office structure since
1981. The new location is 13,000 square feet and houses the corporate offices,
customer call center, state of the art training center including a 12'x12'
multimedia screen, and indoor regulation basketball court. The new location also
provided Team Too with their own secured yard and private entry to the parking
area. The previous location for Team Too’s corporate office was 4,000 sqaure
feet and was a multi tenant building.

8/15/2005 Team Too Concludes Summer Internship Program
Team Too Concluding Summer Internship from
Kosovo
Beginning in Mid July 2005 Team Too partnered with Graceland University of
Lamoni, Iowa to provide for an internship position for a foreign student from
Kosovo named Leonard Dalipi. The internship concludes August 19, 2005.
Mr. Dalipi is a senior at the university majoring in Business. Leonard became
a student at Graceland University in 2003 after transferring from The University
of Prishtina in Prishtina, Kosovo.
